Zenia is an all-inclusive rental apartment concept developed by Groupe Corev and built for adults 55 and over in Québec. The project comprises three rental complexes located in Mirabel, Vaudreuil-Dorion and Saint-Hyacinthe. Each apartment includes cable, electricity, high-speed internet, hot water, heating, air conditioning, window coverings and appliances. Residents have access to common amenities including an indoor heated pool, a fitness room, a virtual golf simulator, a culinary workshop and an outdoor terrace. Rents start at $1,681 per month. Zenia's philosophy centers on fostering social connections and promoting an active lifestyle, supported by a regular calendar of activities and events organized for residents and their families throughout the month. Small pets under 15 lbs are also accepted in the units.
